Caren Benstead is the principal of The Well School and founder/owner of The Well Retreat, a multi-disciplinary well-being centre based in Northamptonshire, UK.

The Well School is an IFPA training provider and has been delivering a clinical aromatherapy diploma and CPD programme since 2012.

Caren is a passionate remedial therapist, clinical Pilates instructor and clinical aromatherapist who incorporates her knowledge of movement, bodywork, and breath work along with contributions from the Well Retreat team to deliver a comprehensive and rounded clinical aromatherapy programme.

The Well School and its teachers welcome aromatherapists in business from around the globe into their virtual school community to offer support, encouragement and networking, all with an extended hand of friendship, fun and generosity.

Outside of the Well, Caren will be found at the side of a sports pitch cheering on one of her three sons or escaping back to her homeland of Wales to walk the land, swim in the sea and rest in the company of her husband, Mr Well, family and friends. Home is everything, and she likes extending the table to make room for more. Wherever she is, she loves to gather people.
